Notes
Working notes.
A working engineer can now produce what used to need a department. That is what this is: the coverage analysis, the EMC pre-compliance, the qualification plan, the traceability, the schedule and the costed bill, written by one person at a bench instead of bought in from six desks. These notes are what that took — what I ran into, what it cost, and what the tool said about it.
Where it goes next is wider than engineering. The same pattern — one project, read by every application, each writing what the next one needs — runs the whole pipeline: the executive view, the mid-level plan, the engineering, the accounting, quality control and production, automated end to end rather than reconciled by hand in the week before a review. The engineering half is built. The rest is the direction.
